Do I need to know exactly what I want?
Not at all. You may arrive with a folder full of inspiration or little more than an idea of what they'll love. Your gemologist will help you shape it into a ring that feels completely right.
Can I show you rings I've seen elsewhere?
Absolutely. Upload photographs, screenshots, sketches or saved inspiration when you apply. They help us understand the details you're drawn to and the vision you have in mind.
Can you create something completely custom?
Yes. Your Design Experience is built around creating an engagement ring specifically for you and your partner.
Do you offer natural and lab-grown diamonds?
Yes. AZEERA works with both natural and lab-grown diamonds, alongside rubies, emeralds, sapphires and other precious gemstones.
How do I choose the right diamond or gemstone?
You don't need to do it alone. Your gemologist will curate options around your design, preferences and investment, explain the differences and help you personally select your stone.
Can I see the design before it's made?
Yes. You'll see your design before anything is created and can refine it until it feels exactly right. We'd rather revise the design ten times than create a ring they merely like.
What if I don't know their ring size?
Don't worry. We'll help you work out the best approach, particularly if you're planning a surprise.
Are AZEERA gemstones ethically sourced?
Yes. AZEERA uses ethically sourced, conflict-free gemstones.
How long does a bespoke engagement ring take?
It depends on the design. We'll discuss your proposal timeline during your Design Experience and agree your completion date in advance.
Is the Design Experience in person?
No. Your private Design Experience takes place online by video, so you can create your ring with AZEERA wherever you are.
Is there a charge for the Design Experience?
No. Your private consultation is complimentary and without obligation.
When do I pay?
Nothing is charged during your Design Experience. You'll explore your design, gemstone options and quotation before deciding whether you'd like AZEERA to create your ring.
Do you also create wedding bands?
Yes. AZEERA can create wedding bands to complement your engagement ring, including bespoke designs created around it.
